Job Description
Job Purpose:
Assistant Manager E-Services (Wintel) will facilitate manager Wintel to monitor & manage all backend Wintel managed nationwide services /activities effectively and efficiently to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Capacity planning for all Wintel services (i.e. Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint portal services, DNS, DHCP, TMG, RMS, Certificate Authority, Virtualization, SQL, Backup Exec, SCOM, Clustering, SAN, NLB and all other Microsoft platform related technologies.)
  • Service Level Management of all the above mentioned services.
  • Development of Service Delivery plans based on road map provided to the management.
  • Planning, configuration, up gradation and rollouts of Virtual Infrastructures based on Cisco UCS, VMware and EMC VNX based systems.
  • Team Management.
  • Project planning and execution.
  • Documentation including but not limited to design, build, project plans, SOPs, OLAs etc
Required Skills
Supervisory skill
Project Management
Vendor coordination, Vmware, UCS, EMC VNX, Virtualization, Cloud, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint portal services, DNS, DHCP, TMG, RMS, SQL.
Management of Intel based server class hardware and other Microsoft platform related techniques and technologies.
Knowledge of Clustering, SAN, NLB and other high availability techniques will be a must.
